Service was good!
Love the nice touch of samples of cookies.. someone took them and went around the store and gave us all some!
We had a large order and they took good care of us.
Italian was AMAZING!!!
Philly-- okay. Not my fav
The only way you can combo a sandwich if it's on special otherwise it's a NO.. that is a bummer!
Fries were super. A lot like 5 guys.
Can't wait to go back on our next trip out!! -

Seriously? The sandwich was the lesser of the evils compared to the customer service. Might want to check on who was working between 9-10pm, Friday May 3rd.
I will say my boyfriend's grilled sub was good. But my Reuben...soggy, saucy, ugh. I also asked for extra kraut on the side. It was on the sandwich. It fell apart, literally leaked dressing (the paper it came in was SO saturated i put the half i wanted to eat on a plate...still leaked like mad).
The dude working told me "well, that's just how they make the sandwiches", even though my boyfriend's was fine. I was like seriously? He offered me nothing to make up for my soggy ass gross sandwich. And didn't say sorry. Nice customer service.
Also, all the liquid on the paper & plate is the dressing. It was leaking out, which happens, but jesus, that was a lot. -

This place was amazing. Such good service and the food tasted great. I've been to all of the local campus sub places and this one is the best. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting they turned me down because my husband is black. They said they couldn't serve my kind here. What kind of Star Wars bullshit is that. I will have justice

By having the name "East Coast Sub" does it aim to gain any "exotic" feeling out of this small MW town...? Anyway I take it as an alternative of Subway, but with higher price and less veggies. Some combos are way too salty. Good & fresh materials, especially the lemonades. Best French fries in town.
